Asunción, Agencia IP.- The National Secretariat of Culture (SNC), inaugurated the Municipal Public Library of the city of Corpus Christi in Canindeyú.The empowerment included the construction of inclusive bathrooms, provision of computer equipment and furniture, in addition to the donation of 1,000 books of national and universal literature.This inauguration was carried out within the framework of the project "Implementation and equipment of public libraries in territories with the highest index of social vulnerability at the national level, for the strengthening of the National Network of Public Libraries".The qualification carried out last Thursday included the enhancement and conditioning of the property, construction of inclusive bathrooms, provision of computer equipment and furniture, and an important donation of approximately 1,000 books that include the main volumes of national and universal literature.The project is promoted by the SNC, with the cooperation of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and a counterpart from the SNC and also has the support of Fundación En Alianza, Cerlalc, Faculty of Architecture, Design and Art of the National University of Asunción, also involving local governments, communities and cultural managers.Email: redaccion@ip.gov.py Address: Santos Complex Block C. |Avda.
